In recent years, smartphones have also rapidly penetrated into Bangladesh, and the development race for mobile applications has already started. With consideration for the literacy rate of target users, we proposed and supported a human resource development project for surveying, researching, and demonstrating which application field was effective, and what kind of public administration was appropriate for telecommunications. We targeted the following fields: education, agriculture, health and medical care, ecosystem, and community.
