ICT has the potential to provide an effective learning environment for children with disabilities. In Lalitpur, we have installed a server equipped with digital materials (electronic books) for sign language and speechreading for children and students with audiovisual disabilities. The server with digital materials (electronic books) for sign language and speechreading for children and students with audiovisual disabilities has been set up in Lalitpur and accessed from a PC. The server is accessible from a personal computer, and the company has been working to improve the educational capacity in the classroom and onsite. The server is accessible from a personal computer. In addition, Nepali books are read by an optical character reader and automatically formatted into data.
